Delhi Nagarik Sahakari Bank Takes Digital Leap With New ATM Services

Delhi Nagarik Sahakari Bank Limited has taken a major step toward digital banking by launching ATM and Debit Card services for its customers. The new facilities officially started on May 23, marking an important milestone in the bank’s modernization efforts. Along with digital banking services, the bank has also introduced a Gold Loan facility to provide customers with faster and easier financial assistance. The launch event was attended by Ravinder Inderraj Singh, Delhi Government’s Social Welfare and Cooperation Minister, who attended as the chief guest. During the event, the bank also highlighted several upcoming initiatives aimed at improving digital banking and making financial services more accessible and customer-friendly. Speaking at the event, Minister Ravinder Inderraj Singh called the launch an important move toward the digital empowerment of the cooperative sector. He said cooperative institutions play a key role in strengthening the financial condition of ordinary citizens. According to him, the Delhi Government is actively working to modernize cooperative banks by integrating advanced technologies and digital services in line with the vision of “prosperity through cooperation.” The minister further stated that the government is committed to strengthening the cooperative banking system in Delhi and making banking services more transparent, convenient, and accessible for the public. He emphasized that modern banking solutions can help improve customer trust and make financial transactions smoother for everyday users. Bank Chairman Pradeep Kumar Sharma also addressed the gathering and said the bank has always focused on customer convenience and trust. He described the launch of ATM and debit card services as a significant achievement in the bank’s growth journey. Sharma added that the bank is continuously working to expand its services and introduce customer-oriented financial products. He also mentioned that the newly launched Gold Loan facility is designed to offer quick and simple financial support to customers in times of need. The initiative is expected to benefit account holders by providing easier access to secured loans with minimal hassle.
